Poke Root Tincture and Swelling/Rash

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any poke root tincture. I think I need at least 1 ounce. I am living in Canada right now and I have tried to purchase from various places but they will not ship to Canada. I have rash-like small bumps that began on my right hand and now have progressed to the right arm, and the left hand and arm. I also notice swelling in my hands. I am trying to figure out what could have caused this. I drink a quart of nourishing herbal infusion a day and I am working with a large dose of echinacea tincture every hour and a dropperful of St.Joan's wort tincture every hour. I also have occasionally wiped the area with witch hazel. It doesn't seem to be improving that much and the swelling began last night, after I had already started working with the echinacea and St.Joan's. Does anyone know what this could be?
