Hi all,

I'll be 54 tomorrow. I have had muscle pain in my lower legs for a number of years. Two years ago I was tested for leaky vein but don't have that. For a few months I've had pronounced feelings of electrical impulses in my feet and lower legs. My acupuncturist said maybe from lumbar sacral bulges. I've been drinking nettle infusion and taking food based cal/mag when I travel. Also taking k2. I've been meditating daily for about 8 weeks and regularly before that. I take lyrica for fibromyalgia type issues but am down to a low dose for 2 years. I also have had achielies tendinitis since January and am ready to give up and have surgery. I do yoga--modified for the tendon. I thought I remembered seeing something in susuns books or here about a creepy feeling in the legs. My acupuncturist says I do not have restless leg syndrome. Symptoms get worse when i rest or lay down. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Have you looked into any kind of physical therapy? Beside the acupuncture, I mean. Just a thought.

Several things have come to mind:
1-Before the leg issues began had you experienced a trauma? Many neuropathies begin because of a 'trauma'.
2-Have you considered food allergies? Like dairy? (not lactose intolerance), Wheat? Mold?
