Can anyone tell me about how long after ingesting a meal with potatoes and tomatoes that it would take for the deep bone pain to set in. I am trying to see if they are the cause of my arthritis. I never really thought about it until Lady A mentioned it. It's been approx one hour since my meal and I am feeling deep pains in my left leg from hip to knee.

Since digestion starts in the mouth it is possible.
I used to have a reaction to eggs, 2 hours and I was a queen on her throne (loo lol).
Might be worth keeping a food journal, it helps create mindfulness of what passes the lips (when seen in print one can realize any mindLESS eating habits too lol)

Thank you. I am now being mindful of what I eat and how it is affecting me. Last night I had tomatoes without the potatoes with no ill effects whatsoever. Now I'm thinking it was the potatoes. Anyhow I know I'm going to eventually track it down. Writing things down definitely helps me to remember!
