I read something interesting at the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine...Michael Moore's school. He shared a list of plants that are best as a COLD Infusion

I think it is partly a matter of readjusting our sense of taste. The average American diet Abhors bitters, Any food that isn't sweet or salty is considered bland.
