Hi

Can anyone recommend a good scale to measure the herbs for herbal infusion ? The old mechanical one I have is not very accurate (but its cheap )

I have a cheap digital one. It works fine. I measure the weight of the ziplock then subtract it for the weight of the herb.

I did a lot of weighing at first. Then I started putting it in measuring cups to see how much fit in a cup (to make it easier later). When I do a big order - I'll re-weigh the different herbs and use my measuring cup again.
