The DEA has decided that the herb Kratom has no medicinal value, and will be placing Kratom on the Schedule 1 list. There is a petition going around please help us to stop this from happening.

I hadn't heard of this until recently, or maybe I did see it in glass jars at an herb shoppe just didn't 'notice' it until now.
