Drying Burdock Root

Hello, :D I had about 5 or so burdock roots and have thinly shredded them using a peeler. They are currently laying out on a plate, drying, and I shake them up and try to expose them evenly to the air every once in a while throughout the day, and will do so until they are completely dry. Re: Red Sauerkraut

Well, last night I had the sudden urge to make another batch of sauerkraut, only this time it was green. Re: Herbal Anti-Inflammatories

Both of those links had the willow. So I might be onto something. Ha ha! ;) But seriously check out the clay. It can remineralize bones, rebuild connective tissue, and is a catalyst for cellular healing. It's been used as a means to remove radiation from the body from Chernobyl (they put it in choco...

Thanks Lady A!

Re: Herbal Anti-Inflammatories

Hi there, White Willow Bark infusions. It is a natural anti-inflammatory and pain killer. I have no experience with this, but have known about it for years. Also, you might want to look into Calcium Bentonite clay or French Green clay. Mixing a teaspoon into 4oz of water then leaving over night and ...

Re: TSH results

I've helped some clients, and then myself with this. Turmeric is your golden ticket. 3 tsp (1 Tblsp) a day until symptoms calm down, then 1 tsp until you know for sure your out in the clear. Keep in mind turmeric is fat soluble, so take it with some form of fat i.e. milk, avocado, curry, cheese, sal...

Thanks for sharing your experience!

It's already been more than a month, so I wonder if there's a max wait time to add water?
