I suppose that might depend on the herb, but I think you're probably right - too much has been pulled out. One thing does occur to me though. I freeze carrot peelings, kale stems, and suchlike, and simmer them when I want a vegetable stock. It couldn't hurt to add leftovers from an infusion, as long...

No.... I need to try the Mt. Rose one and I am copying it as we speak. I too would probably leave out the stevia and add honey if I felt the need for sweetness. My post-menopausal problem isn't so much lubrication (well, it was, but I have that figured out) as desire and reponse. So I'll be interest...

For long-term health of the immune system I think of Astragalus and Holy Basil, both adaptogens. I think of Echinacea more in connection with an acute situation, like the onset of a cold or UTI.
