Re: Cleavers

We all have to try dried cleavers at least once...just as we have to try eating a wee bit fresh (LadyB is not the only one to discover the cling to your tongue yummy of fresh cleavers salad...lol )

Re: Double extracts

I've also been looking into 'double extracts', more towards working with herbs and honey. There are some herbs that just refuse to extract into honey, so into water, oil or alcohol first...sometimes water and alcohol then into honey. I read that sometimes one would want to soak herb in water first j...

Re: Burdock root/seed tincture

Do you have access to an Asian food market/store? Here in the US we can find Burdock at Health food stores and Asian markets...Sometimes the root is labeled GOBO.

Re: So-Called Abnormal Bleeding

Where's the 'abnormal' in this tale?

I don't understand the 'abnormal'.
Are you sure its not just peri-menopause....where things are a changin'

Re: palpitations

I think one of my triggers is corn :o Like wheat and soy, corn is in everything these days. I made gluten free cornbread last night, my heart was in a CRAZY WIGGED-OUT pattern half the night, very exhausting. A couple other things that I find helpful besides or along with the strenuous exercise is s...
