I use Arnica oil in combination with Epsom salts. I find it a very potent combination. Epsom doesn't dissolve in oil though. I made an epsom/arnica ointment and it was difficult to get it to blend. I think it is partly a matter of readjusting our sense of taste. The average American diet Abhors bitters, Any food that isn't sweet or salty is considered bland.

I feel that they are being over used and used by many people for a "quick and easy fix" to a problem. I personally fine them to be more irritating than useful with a few exceptions. i do like a few drops of lavender and frankincense in my bath. I prefer infused oils.
