Red Sauerkraut

Hi there, Since there's no food section anymore, I was advised to use this section.... I'm wondering, last year I made sauerkraut from green cabbage, and found the right balance to get a consistency I enjoyed. This year, I thought I'd use the red variety, for some variety, and slightly different nut...

Use of herbs after infused

Hello Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone uses their infused herbs for anything other than compost. are there too many nutrients pulled out to make it worth our while?

Re: MS / multiple sclerosis

Interesting booklet. I have narcolepsy with cataplexy, an autoimmune neurological disorder, so maybe some of what I experience can help you too, and vice versa? Dulse is soothing for me. I feel more energy, and more connected to my body when I eat just a bit everyday. I also eat other seaweeds (waka...

Re: WHAT TO USE FOR CLEANING

I use vinegar and baking soda, separately (mixing them neutralizes them), for most of my cleaning. Sometimes I'll throw in some hydrogen peroxide.
