It needs to be used on moistened skin. Do you mean that you rub the epsom salts on your moistened ski...

Re: NATURAL IMMUNE-MODULATORS

I have been researching natural immune-modulators in relation to a new complex of illnesses believed to be caused by co-infections, such as Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Me/CFS, mycoplasmas, more I believe, not to be considered inflammatory as such, nor auto-immune equally; but an entire family of co-related...

plant sharing

Hi all
would anyone be interested in plant sharing? There are some plants that don't grow here and I would like to get fresh for making tinctures. I would love to trade for some of the things that I can harvest here!

It doesn't have a flavor at all. It also isnt't harsh like everclear. The texture is nice too. I never liked vodka because of the texture. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else! I'm very sensitive to texture!

Re: Ideas for making Nettle infusions taste better.

I think it is partly a matter of readjusting our sense of taste. The average American diet Abhors bitters, Any food that isn't sweet or salty is considered bland.

adaptogens

I have just enrolled in the adaptogen course. I am very excited about it. Berries, mushrooms, things that I love! I hope to be able to grow either in my garden or green house some of the ones that I am not yet familiar with. To me this is one of the magical blessings of the plant beings, that they w...

Re: Essential oil usage

I feel that they are being over used and used by many people for a "quick and easy fix" to a problem. I personally fine them to be more irritating than useful with a few exceptions. i do like a few drops of lavender and frankincense in my bath. I prefer infused oils.
