Rinse the Earthworms real well....nothing like grit crunch to spoil a perfectly good plate of fried Earthworms
I can't help with clot dissolving suggestions, I will offer looking into supporting his system (especially immune) Dandelion and Oatstraw...Astragalus (perhaps?)

I was just reading about cleavers over at the archived site...the conversation mentions 'sun-drying' cleavers to a 'black' stage, then using as a black tea substitute.

RoseRed... :D I'm doing well, not online often because I'm caring for my mother who is dealing with inoperable Lung Cancer ( she is about to move in with us (I'm terrified!!!) so as you can imagine life is CRAZY right now). Cleavers....I allow some cleavers to grow in my garden, I flag them so hubby...

Movlin is right...Horsetail is a mineral powerhouse!!!! I use it with Oatstraw (daily) and Comfrey (1-2 times a week).
To be able to harvest Horsetail is a real blessing...sunshine, fresh air, and green things...BLESSINGS!

St. John's Wort, Calendula and Mullein just came into flower!!!! So far we've harvested and processed Hawthorn, Burdock, Dandelion, Bay, and Honeysuckle.
