ItalianBee....one could replace the soysauce with coconut amino acids or even just a liitle salt. I think the recipe does need the 'salty' flavor, maybe float a small piece of seaweed. WhiteHorse...yum! And yum again using infused vinegar! Yesterday at my clients house I oven roasted 3 organic beet...

unfortunatley, Rufus had to be euthanized. Although some healing had occured, the extent of his injuries were too severe.

I personally am not a fan of either turmeric, Cayenne or black pepper. I stopped using both cayenne and black pepper many years ago and find them very irritating, even to smell. I know that a lot of people really like these spices, but.....
