Re: Elder not creating blood

The allopaths agree she is too old for a blood marrow transfusion. I am asking to see if there are any other options. In Gratitude, JaguarQueen9 Bone...

Re: panax tincture

I decided to slice the root. It was a 10 year old root. I planted the very old ones.

I love Dandelion! I eat leaves several times a week. Have made vinegars and honeys of the flowers. and of course tincture. She is one of my first "go to" plants.

panax tincture

I have been blessed to aquire some fresh local and very old ginseng roots that I want to tincture. I often see the whole root in the bottle. When I do other roots, I cut them up. Is there a reason that the whole root is what I see? is it because a whole dried root is being used?

Re: Arnica

I use Arnica oil in combination with Epsom salts. I find it a very potent combination. Epsom doesn't dissolve in oil though. I made an epsom/arnica ointment and it was difficult to get it to blend. It needs to be used on moistened skin. Do you mean that you rub the epsom salts on your moistened ski...

Re: Arnica

Whitehorse, I found your suggestion fascinating, so I dissolved some Epsom salts in water and then whisked it with my arnica-St. John's wort ointment. I have to shake it before I use it, because as you pointed out the salts don't dissolve in oil. It's hard to know if the massage is helping more tha...

Re: Which oil is the best oil?

I still use olive oil 99% of the time. I always have - just like it and am the most comfortable with olive oil. That being said, I will use coconut oil in some instances. I do like it - I just don't like it for everything. Lady A - look to California for your pure, unadulterated olive oil. There is...
