I love Chaga! I drink it every day, several times a day. My kids absolutely love it too. It is pretty plentiful here too. I usually reuse the same chunk over and over again all winter long, adding a bit more if it becomes too weak. I serve it with a splash of maple syrup and milk.

Bach rescue remedy work for minor attacks and is helpful to take ahead of an attack. But in a total panic attack motherwort is my go to for sure.

I have found research that reishi is safe while pregnant but not sure about chaga. I would avoid it then. But I would try it if the kiddo I was breastfeeding was old enough to drink it too. I went for2years with a stubborn yeast infection. I tried everything with no sucess. Then I learned about the connection with yeast and heavy metals. A bunch of tumeric capsules and i'm totally better.

I like mega doses of vit c for flushing metals out. Some herbs and foods start getting the metals circulating and vit c helps to get it out.
