I will look into that.
I use coconut oil for so many things.

There are eye-wash formulas for cataracts and pink eye, so why not swap in moistening herbs.

There can be many reasons for excessive sweating, reasons not involving menopause, especially since you mention walking and sweating, perhaps your body is experiencing an overload and is expressing it through ' excessive' sweat. Many Herbalists leave the plant material in the tinctures and strain as needed.
If you are worried about the age...then don't worry! Tinctures are good for years!
