That's interesting Lady Alinor. I do drink LOTS of water but as I said above we are drinking desalinated water which is low in minerals. OK This is an older post but I just thought I'd jump in with some ideas for other who may come along :) A big yes to nettle infusions. Also corn silk tea which is very good for bladder and kidney issues. And I would look at using Red Clover infusions as well..... maybe alternating them with the nett...
