Just one thing: pumpkin seed oil is splendid for prostrate health. It's green in colour and goes great on salads - but not with cheese.
And along with other suggestions, a daily dose of dandelion in any shape or form should gradually help.

My method is to pour boiling water into a mug of selected plant matter. I have a jar lid (just bigger than the rim of the mug) and place it upside-down on my mug to stop the healing vapour from escaping. I wait 10 minutes. I had hoped to add them to my medicine cabinet, but I'm not going to unless more positive sources are found. I have read that the bulbs are used to aide alzheimers.

Snowdrops - Are they edible?
I have read 1 or 2 sources stating that snowdrops are edible - once dried. Another source states just use the bulbs; but another says the bulbs are extremely toxic. Can anyone shed any light on our dear little white pretties?
